By accessing Off-Road Connect, you agree to use the platform responsibly, obey applicable laws and land-use rules, respect private property, and accept the risks associated with off-road activities.

Safety

Off-road recreation can cause serious injury, death, property damage, or equipment loss. Maps, trail data, user locations, alerts, closures, and community information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Always verify current conditions and closures with the land manager or park before riding.

Emergency disclaimer

Off-Road Connect is not an emergency-dispatch, rescue, towing, or medical service. The app cannot guarantee connectivity, location accuracy, alert delivery, or that another person will respond. Call 911 immediately during an emergency.

User content and conduct

You are responsible for content you submit, including chat messages, marketplace listings, events, rides, assistance requests, park claims, and profile information. Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, dangerous, or infringing content.

Park listings and claims

A park claim must be submitted by an authorized owner or manager. Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval. Off-Road Connect may request verification, reject or revoke a claim, correct information, or remove a listing. Basic verified park-listing management is separate from rider subscriptions.

Marketplace

Off-Road Connect is not a party to transactions between users. Buyers and sellers are responsible for verifying identity, ownership, condition, legality, payment, delivery, and safety.

Membership information

Final prices, taxes, billing terms, included features, and platform availability will be shown at purchase and may vary by platform.

Availability

Features may change, experience interruptions, or depend on third-party services, device permissions, cellular coverage, GPS reception, and other conditions outside our control.
